The hire charge for a performance is £200 to cover set up, rehearsal and performance. Hire charge for recordings by separate negotiation.

The space has the following features:

• Seating on fixed pews (cushions provided), audience capacity 144
• A small grand piano – tuning costs to be covered by the hirer
• 3-manual Bevington organ – hire by separate negotiation

• 2 toilets
• Sacristy for use as green room
• Option of a licensed bar run by volunteers (proceeds to St Mary’s)

The church is a PRS licensed venue. Promoters should, if registered, make their own royalty returns to the PRS. Alternatively, a member of the St Mary’s Music Committee can undertake this, with reimbursement by the Promoter.
