Church funerals are available to everyone. The funeral service allows family and friends to express their grief, give thanks and celebrate a loved one’s life, and commend the soul of the departed into God’s eternal keeping.

Funeral services can be short and quiet with just a few people present, or more formal occasions with music, hymns, readings and eulogies. They may be held at a crematorium rather than in a church and, if appropriate, followed by a memorial or thanksgiving service in a church sometime later.
